    Researcher

    We are urgently looking for few enthusiastic individuals to undertake various topic research across industries to develop high quality agendas for commercial conferences.
    • To research and analyse the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events
    • To create a comprehensive topic briefing document and write the conference program
    • Liaising by phone and email with key industry figures to determine the validity of proposed topic, sub-themes, timing and location
    • Carrying out post-event analysis assessment and reports
    • Excellent research and investigative skills

    • Ability to use an international network of contacts for commercial purposes

    (Junior) Event Manager

    We are looking for a driven individual with great organisational skills, can-do attitude, ability to multitask, a strong work ethic and willingness to travel internationally about twice a month.
    • Planning and coordinating all logistics of selected international events gatherings from 30 to 120 delegates
    • Independent on-site management of international events with the possibility of travel to conferences to support the team
    • Working closely with the venues and other suppliers to ensure the highest quality of service at reasonable price
    • Manages the conference costs and budget and negotiating for prices of supplied services
    • Providing venue searches, sourcing contractors, organizing travel and itineraries
    • Manage sponsor and partner logistics.
    • Proof reading of marketing copy, brochures and other event materials
    • Evaluating all events and seek feedback on their success, providing summary reports to support annual feedback and develop future events.
    • Proforma Invoices and ad hoc administration
    • Energetic, proactive and people oriented individual
    • Initiative – works well in a team but also be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Prioritizing, a keen eye for detail and keeping on top of your workload
    • Ability to keep up with budget and lower costs by clever negotiation
    • Computer literate with intermediate MS Office skills
    • Advanced English (C1)
    • Full time agreement (might be shortened to 6-7 hours a day)
    • Traveling abroad about for 2-3 days twice a month

    SALES EXECUTIVE

    Do you have excellent communication skills? Join our team! You will carry out sales activities from lead generation, through the initial conversation and to closing sales deals for the event. Working within the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision and values.

You will be responsible for creating valuable content that attracts attendees and sponsors to our conferences as well as finding the right speakers to share their wide knowledge and experiences.

    • Finding sponsors for BIS events from the early stages of event execution to after the event maintenance
    • Developing and implementing a sales plan for expanding sponsor‘s base in the sector area
    • Working with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision and values
    • Identify and maintain the database of potential new sponsors
    • Sales experience in high end products or services
    • Ability to identify and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects/deals
    • Strong spoken and written English communication / presentation skills are essential
    • Strong entrepreneurial, creative approach to sales with a proven ability to work within business development and marketing to find innovative ways and generate revenue and long-term partnership opportunities
