Intelligent automation—the combination of artificial intelligence and automation—is starting to change the way business is done in nearly every sector of the economy. Industries like Manufacturing, Automation, Healthcare, Energy, Transport, Defence, Space, Data Mining and many others have incorporated intelligent automation into their operations and it’s growing by the day. The reason for this is not far-fetched. Today’s professionals in different organizations are challenged to continuously reduce the cost of operations while also addressing the demands and expectations of increasingly tech-savvy customers. To achieve this, they are turning to intelligent automation to achieve higher-quality outputs, enhance their customer experience and increase capacity to handle higher business volumes. Recent huge investments in advanced manufacturing and automation, as well as advancements in robotics are fueling a new era of intelligent automation. Hence, it is important for companies in all sectors to understand and adopt intelligent automation, or risk falling behind.
Intelligent Automation Africa is apt at this moment to provide a spectrum of opportunity to expand knowledge and share new concepts amongst the Technologist, Professionals, Industrialists, Researchers, Innovators, and students from research areas in Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Internet of Things.
